Bill Fennelly's Iowa State women's basketball program snagged the top-ranked prep out of Minnesota on Wednesday.

TT Starks, a 5-foot-10 guard out of Hopkins High School in Minnetonka, is the 28th ranked prospect in the country according to Prospects Nation. All Star Girls Report ranks Starks 36th in the country.
