Paul Rhoads just added reinforcement to his offensive line for next season.
Jaypee Philbert, a 6-foot-6, 305-pound offensive tackle out of Coffeyville Community College in Kansas tweeted his commitment to the Cyclones.
"There is a storm coming #Sorry4TheWait#Committed to IOWA STATE UNIVERSITY," it read.
Philbert, a former Arizona State commit, ultimatley chose Iowa State over Kansas. He also visited Colorado State and South Florida.
