Future Cyclone Teddy Lampkin is ready ready ready ready, ready to run.

Lampkin, a member of Iowa State's 2011 football recruiting class (a wide receiver), won two gold medals in Omaha's Metro Conference track and field championships on Wednesday.

According to the Omaha World Herald, Lampkin recorded a 100-meter dash time of 10.79, which he referred to as a "personal best."

Lampkin also won the long jump competition, with a leap of 23-3 1/4.

Not too shabby Teddy.

I can't wait to see this guy in a Cyclone uniform. Holy smokes he can run.
