There will be crew chiefs suspensions, fines, and possibly loss of points. Just like a few weeks ago when Jr failed pre-race inspections. Look for a 4-6 race suspension for the crew chiefs, a $100,000 fine, and loss of 100 driver and owner points.
NASCAR has set a benchmark for this type of penalty. They are pretty much saying don't modify the COT or you will pay the price.
