It isn't that
ISU never threw screens and passes to backs; they just never did it right. This is one of the things that really turned me against Mac and his "coaching harder" speach. Kids in 3rd grade can run the screen better than
ISU did. There is no excuse for that, and it was clearly something that needed to be coached better not harder.
