Yes, Dale's suspension was because he was arrested for OWI (1st offense) in May.
He did play on Saturday and did ok in his limited action. I was surprised, however, that his snaps were as a DE instead of DT where he had been talked about as a potential starter in the spring. Regardless, the more quality depth we can develop on the D-line, the better.
