1. I've used CafePress before and when I first started the site I ordered some bumper stickers and decals from them and was not impressed at the least. The ink smeared just handling them with dry hands, let alone what happened on the car. They do good at some things but really have a ways to go for the quality of those types of products.
2. 22 is correct, I have to use licensed
ISU manufacturers for resale products now so it limits where I can go for things. I've worked with a local company quite a bit in the past and will see what they have available and at what prices.
