There is a thing called the draft. Also, there is free agency.

Do something. Almost anyone can tell, watching the last few seasons - Rex just isn't the answer. Leftwich was out there for a long time.

IMO, Leftwich > Grossman.

Rexy started off last season great. He had 7 games of over 100 QB rating. Thing is, I believe 6 of those were in the first 6 games. Then, the downhill slide began (for that season).

As I type this, Rex just tossed another pick.

He hasn't cracked 60 or 70 yet this year for a QB rating. His team is 1-2 and he's playing a major role in it being that way, instead of 3-0 or at worst - 2-1. Rex plays average or better tonight and the Bears win - or it's very close.

So, the Bears have done this to themselves. Much like we're all upset at Shaggy for the missed kicks and most of that is the Cyclone's fault for not recruiting a better kicker - fans should be upset at Grossman - no doubt. But be more upset with the Bears coaches/staff for not doing something about this debacle at QB.

Talent exists everywhere else - good and great talent. One guy is almost single-handedly sinking the whole team.
