I have disabled "Thanks" at least for the time-being. I agree that there are too many ways of ranking individuals when personally I think all our opinions matter - even though I may be right more than others

Anyways - I'll keep taking feedback and we can figure out what works best without being a nuisance or distraction from everything else.
