Actually, I'm old (48). I'm a recruiter -AKA- "Head Hunter" for a living. One thing is very important in my profession is why someone wants to make a change. I've never had a great deal just fall into my lap. Don't get me wrong. I think our
FB program is heading in the right direction. I'm just a bit leary of somone who would leave a more storied program and move farther from home.
