I think it would be better for everyone if the SEC does their channel distribution right and succeeds. The issue is not the channel. I think everyone would agree its a great thing for college sports. The issue is the implementation of the BTN and their arrogence that they can do what they want and cable companies should fall in line.

We need one network to succeed and the rest will follow their blueprint. If the BTN is the first to work then others might follow their lead and we'll be in the same boat as Iowa not being able to see their games. And you know that if the Big12 were to start one and Mediacom resists in Iowa, the Big12 offices won't care as long as it is on in Texas and Oklahoma.
