Exactly. If I were a friend of DM, I would strongly urge him to resign his position at
ISU, and try to hire on as an assistant in a winning program. What DM is doing just isn't working, from gametime strategies, to game preparation strategies, to motivational skills...the whole gambit. DM's approach might have worked 10 years ago, but it's not really been working for the past few years. He needs to learn what is working in 2006, and perhaps come back to head coaching in a few years.
