I think that he would have a much better chance to affect a game at DE. ISU has gone a lot of 3-4 WR sets with the TE blocking or on the sideline. Not to mention, how much better would Harper be than Franklin or Hammerschmidt? I say line him up at RE and let him wreak havoc! Pelton took a similar guy at Troy and turned him into a 1st round draft pick.
