This raises the question about where the ISU WBB fans come from. A local fan won't need a room and will eat fewer meals. How far will a fan commute on a daily basis? Perhaps the DesMoines economy would be better off with a team from a nearby state. The NCAA, who is the decision maker here, gets revenue from ticket sales. I don't know who gets concessions.

I and my bride will travel and spend the night, probably with relatives.
