It's amazing how this team now for the 2nd year in a row seems to be peaking at the right time for the Big12 tourney and the NCAA's. The meet yesterday was a lot of fun to watch.

Iowa State became the Cyclones after they leveled Northwestern in 1895. As the Chicago Tribune (9/29/1895) noted:
