Ahhh. A thread that is right down my alley. More pizza competition = better.
I am still mourning the passing of "Pizza House".
I'm glad people like their "extras", because something like 60% of pizza business profit is in "extras".
What will make them last, though, is their capitalization and business plan. They have to have something to attract business during the summer and survive the lean months to last in Ames.
And remember, guys, please tip the delivery driver!
