2.0.0.12 is the current "stable" version.
3 is currently in beta (3.0b4 was just released). You can find it here:

3.0 seems to work pretty well, and I haven't had any issues so far. Just beware that not everything may work right just yet.
edit: In case you don't use firefox, it's seriously worth it just for spellcheck alone in dialog boxes on
