I don't think anybody is defending Iowa - and I've mostly stayed out of this thread due to the fact it is mostly true (attendance, losses, etc...) The people making comments about
ISU's numbers being exactly identical just 5 years ago isn't "defending Iowa", it's just using common sense. Both teams have had their struggles, with neither really separating themselves from the other.
