I would say the rivalry is stronger than ISU and UofI, especially since KSU and KU are in the same division of the same conference.

KU definitely hates MU as well.
I lived 25 minutes from Lawrence for 12 years. There were a lot of families that would cheer for both. A lot of people enjoyed KU basketball and KSU football (which is lame). I really never saw much hatred between the schools. I think there maybe be more among the students, but again, I think most of their hatred is for MU.
