We are a top 10(maybe 5) program in attendance in WBB, and constantly hovering around the top 25 in the rankings. Why don't we recruit better? AKA, why arent we more "diverse?" Is this just the case of Bill F. wanting players to fit a system? Really the only girls I can remember that played like men(were coordinated and had really good ball handling etc, were Erica Junod, Stacey Freese, Ezell, Medders and I'm blanking on the good guard on the ANgie Welle teams).

Note: I know nothing about WBB recruiting...
