DES MOINES, Iowa— No. 7 Rutgers shot 54.2 percent from the field en route to a 69-58 win over Iowa State Monday night in the second round of the NCAA Tournament in Des Moines. The Cyclones fell down early and played catch-up throughout most of the game, cutting a 12-point deficit down to five points twice late in the second half. The loss ends
