ISU womens team is compared to Rutgers. My question is Rutgers that quick of a team or do we look this slow against everyone. I think you need to start watching more women's basketball.
That said...styles are different for each team as they work on enhance their strengths and avoid their weaknesses. Rutgers is a quick, physical team that returned all of their players from last year's national championship game -- which they lost.
This has been a difficult year for
ISU given the lack of a true point guard and the injuries to the two post players. That said they were competitive in most games and have a bright future (imo) as they are all returning with a lot of experience for next year. Help should be on the way at point guard.
