I know its not always popular, but I like how
ISU recruits. They recruit people who fit the program, the culture, and are hardworking reliable people. It doesnt necessarily translate to immediate wins, but it will get there. It seems to
ISU, its about the student first, sport second where alot of schools make it about the sport first and are willing to get any dirty deeder to fill the role and win now. I know we have had our share of issues with players, but all in all it seems like we are big on character.
