Frankly, I think it was foolish that he appears to have not done more to retain guys already at
ISU when he came on board.
I know many of you want to knock these guys that left as not being good guys or even good players but their performance on and off the court post
ISU would indicate otherwise.
Or maybe you will tell me he had no chance to save them because of the system he wanted to implement...but clearly, the best coaches adapt/change their systems to fit their talent.
Lastly, don't give me the Wayne Morgan told them to transfer talk...Cyfan13 (Rahshon's fiance') has totally debunked that myth.
Please, enlighten us how you keep guys that aren't happy. Are we talking Jedi mind tricks here? If kids aren't happy with a staff or location, you can't MAKE them play. You are better off to let them leave and bring in peope who want to be here. Would you stay at a job you weren't happy with? What if a boss you really liked left and you got a new one with a totally different style. Can you blame your new boss if you left? Or would you expect that new boss to "make" you work for him\her?
