Here's the thing.

If they're going to bowl in the end zone, then they should do the whole thing. Upper and lower decks. It just makes financial sense in terms of building cost. The longer you wait to build the upper deck, the more it will cost to do it. If you're going to do it, do it right the first time.

A complete south end is doing it right, IMO. All apologies to the BBall teams.

A large donor would generally call the shots on something like that I would think. Or at least have some say. If they're donating for football, then the money should go to JTS, regardless of previous plans.

Change is the only constant in the universe, which is why I empty my pockets every day.
