Lucky for us we won't have to make the decision and neither will anyone inside the AD per say. It will be made by someone willing to put their money into it to the tune of 10mil+. If they want to bowl in the endzone they will do that and if they want a practice facility they will do that. If they want to donate something like 25mil to JT they will probably seriously consider a double deck because there is no way it doesn't increase revanue as long as you don't take out too much debt to pay for it. As a rule of thumb if you sell out every game you are losing potential revanue but when you have too big of a stadium people don't like looking at empty seats. Another thing to consider, you can always adjust prices to get the right amount of people in the seats. Which could result in more people watching football in JT at a lower average price.
