ISU has a proud tradition in x-country and has some history in track. There is no reason we can't, at least, get the team into the top half of the conference with some more individual champs.
Perhaps with another Fort Dodge grad(well soon to be) Katie Thompson. Ran faster at state her senior year than Lisa did. Felt a little bad for her the past couple years, hasn't had as strong of supporting cast as Lisa did.
