Re: Supplements

I have taken Cell Tech, all kinds of Protein, Cell Mass, NO-Xplode, Pump tech, and Thermogain, the best results I have had was from taking Cell Mass.
It's a creatine and i have had some big gains using that.
However, there's one big drawback from using some of these, stuff they don't say on the label or you don't hear often, is a lot of the times they increase your blood pressure.
After being on creatine for a couple of months, my resting blood pressure has risen to about 142/86 on average. Which is well above a normal reading of <120/80.
Upon stopping, my blood pressure has returned to almost baseline.

So, really, in the long run, a lot of supplements aren't worth it.
The best thing you can do and most healthy, is control your diet and bust your a$$ in the weight room.
