Mike Sherman had better get some asistant coaches who can recruit. Harbaugh and Brewster relate better to players IMO. SAherman was squeezed out at Green Bay where the other two were not. Bill Callahan was squeezed out at Oakland. Basically, they both failed in the pros in the end.
I don't know if Sherman is our next coach, or how good a job he would do. But there was a fellow named Pete Carrol who failed in the NFL too. Just because you didn't make it in the NFL doesn't make you a bad coach.
