The UofI trainer got caught by an outside agency, clearly breaking the rules AND is being paid to lead UofI athletes. His decisions and knowledge impact more than just him. Yet he is STILL a part of the team and the UofI.
How is this apples to apples?

Exactly, he was caught by an outside agency - not the U of I. I highly doubt that Brands would allow a guy to stay on the staff if he knew he was purposely breaking the rules. Brands is crazy, but I have no doubt he's ethical.
We'll see how it turns out, it's now how many days since they found this out? I think immediate action without an investigation would be a mistake.
