Letters From The Desk Of...

Jamie Pollard’s pen is running out of ink and his arm is getting tired.

“That’s the cost of doing business,” Pollard cracked as he continued to personally sign letters to the more than 1,000 Cyclone Club donors who have upped their giving level from last year. “The generosity of our donors has been remarkable. Personally signing all of the letters reminds me daily how many Cyclone fans are answering the call to invest in our Iowa State student-athletes.”

Pollard said the letter-signing is like an endurance race.

A program isn't built on one player and it doesn't succeed because of one player, thus a program won't fail if it doesn't get that one player.
