I dont know, i guess for me something should happen to the coach rather than the player. If said player commits to a coach and that coach bails why should you punish the kid. I think that it should come back to where the coach is restricted somehow or in someway. I know coaches dont really have eligibility but you are right it is a big double standard and the coaches pretty much have their pick of the lot when it comes to when and where they want to coach.
