I look for him to play a lot like Jiri did his first year on campus. Good offensive skills. Likes to step out and shoot the rock. Disappears at times. But I do think he will be better defensively than Jiri was when he first got here. I think he is stronger than Jiri was.

Remember JVB was a high major recruit coming out of high school IN CANADA. If you are good enough to get noticed in canada than you are probably a pretty decent player. Let's just delete from our memory that he committed to the Hawks. Stevey boy doesn't have the greatest track record for having an eye for talented big men.
