Pierce had sexual relations with a female whose name he did not know.
Pierce pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary, assault with intent to commit sexual abuse, false imprisonment and criminal trespass in August 2005. He served 11 months in the Mount Pleasant Correctional Facility.
He also faced sexual assault charges in 2002 but pleaded guilty to assault causing injury.
Pierce may not have many more opportunities to play pro basketball.
He faced sexual assault charges, then pleaded down in 02'. He pleaded guilty with the intent to commit sexual abuse in 05' and served eleven months. And in 07' he is having sex with a woman he does not know. And what is his attorney worried about? This, and knowing his father is more than willing to turn his back, exactly what is 30 days going to do that 11 months didn't? This boy is making Jason Berryman look like the pope.
