But when watching him you notice they had seemingly millions of chances for 1st down but passes were often over/under thrown or dropped. I'm not sad to see him as a starter either, actually.
He made a lot of mistakes, and cost Iowa several games, but he'll improve. He has no where to go but up. If he can put up stats like that in his first year, then I'm excited to see what he can do if he learns how to get rid of the ball and avoids first down losses.
