I agree. But coaches aren't going to change their systems and philosophies to suit the players they have. They'll encourage the players to try their hardest to adapt and learn the new system, and in the meantime recruit players who will fit their system with a faster, more natural learning curve.
Similar to how Drenard Williams left our football team because of differences with Chizik's staff and their policies and philosophies about the game of football, among other players who have transferred at
ISU due to various coaching changes.
