JC is going into year 4 in the Iowa program and has started 13 games and counting. He's definitely proven. Just look at his w/l record, his completion %, his yards per attempt, his 3rd down conversion %, and his tops-in-the-NCAA sack totall. He's proven that he's the worst quarterback in the Big Ten and one of the very worst in the nation.
