It is the coach's responsibility to put a winning product on the floor. Next year there will be zero Wayne recruits on the roster. Coaching isn't just about x's and o's - I don't think you'll find anybody that will claim Rick Barnes from Texas is a master strategist. You'll find a lot of people that claim he is a great coach - and that's because he has enough ability with coaching strategy and he's a great recruiter.
