As a Bulls fan I can safely say I enjoy watching team defense way too much to get D'Antoni in there. And we (the Bulls) don't have Nash either. Don't care for that style of ball and his playoff record speaks for itself.
Paxson should've done whatever it took to get Kobe last year and Skiles would still have a serious contender in the playoffs right now.
