He's been here for two full recruiting classes and been responsible for 3 recruiting classes - that's almost a full cycle. Frankly in that much time if we only have a couple of guys that don't fit your profile than that is his fault.
Edit: I just looked it up 13 new players were added the last two years and 7 of them (Brackins, Garrett, Staiger, Mann, Hamilton, Eik, Buckley) that all signed in the early signing period so I don't think they would qualify as "last minute".
