Lied is probably the best place for a pick-up game because there are so many courts and groups that go there. However, I've joined games at State and Beyer (it's just that there are three courts at each of those compared to 20 at Lied).

Lied is the best place to work out, again because of it's size, but there are other options. You can use Beyer or State on the west side of campus, and there are also smaller options in Forker, Union Drive Community Center, and even Friley Hall. But again, Lied has the most equipment and the greatest variety.
