Really? So what date does construction begin, and when is it scheduled to end? Since you know that we're committed to this project, you should have the answers to these questions.
A lot of people would assume that we undertook the current Phase I w/o having much in the bank, but if they had read the proposal, they would know that the debt will be financed with increased revenue from premium seating, increased enrollment in the NCC, and increased donation levels. Don't you think that Phase II will be similarly funded? Especially since all signs point to a single large donation to kick-start the process.
Why is it so hard for some people to admit that Pollard just might know what he's doing? Are you still ticked off about the season ticket counter?
