This is one I did a while back.

Beer Of The Month Club and Wine of the Month Club - Monthly Gift Clubs - Flower, Cigar, and more

Nice tasting notes and pairing suggestions with the wines and I liked everything I got through them. I liked that you could chose 2 reds, 2 whites or one of each. They have cigar, beer, chocolate and a bunch of other "of the month clubs".
