We have one through Mill Creek Vinyards. The only problems is that there has to be someone 21 at home to sign for the wine or they won't deliver and we are rarely home when UPS comes. We are debating joining at WineStyles in West Glen too.
The GF was a member of American Cellars Wine Club and was happy with it until the rules changed and UPS could not leave the delivery on the doorstep if you weren't there. That eventually put an end it as it was a big pain to run to the UPS warehouse every month to get your wine.

I don't recall if she ever got a bottle she didn't like and was often pleasantly surprised. Occassionally she ordered more when she found one she particularly liked. I didn't help her drink much of it, so eventually she would get behind the curve and the wine stock would get fairly large.
