Corwith-Wesley-Luverne finished second in 1993 in class 1A despite only having 1 member competing. Randy Thompson, who ran track at
ISU, won the 100m, 200m, 400m, and finished 3rd (I think) in the long jump. I used to see his car around Ames all the time, it was a yellow mustang with the license "1ACHAMP".
