The best part, outside of the cost of gas that I save, is feeling good when I get to work. I always feel much more awake and less in need of caffine when I ride into work versus driving.

You also burn mad calories when riding. Check out this website for the TOMRV ride in eastern Iowa, it has a table of calories burned while riding if you scorll down it:
