If you have heard this before, i am sorry. There are three reasons to leave or take a job..
1) You love what you do
2) You love who you work for or work with
3) You make enough money that that other two don't matter.
If can't agree on any of those..then you have other questions you need to be asking yourself. (I wish I could answer "yes" to #3..daily)
