It's not a chapter 9 thing that is keeping baseball away, Pollard has said that many times. It's funding because it costs around $1.5 mil a year to have it for a sport that comes no where near bringing back that kind of revenue to fund itself. I think this topic has been beat to death, we need to have some huge success in other sports before baseball is brought back or someone willing to commit a huge chunk of money just for baseball.
