As for sod, timberpine can do that too if asked, but I have found that if you are willing to lay it yourself (its honestly not that hard) you can save half as much. But if you don't want to do it yourself, I have had good luck with Capital City Landscaping. If he doesn't want to mow much, I would hire out a kid down the street, they are 100% more affordable than a place like Perficut.
