I don't know, I think they look more gold to me. I'd have to see the new v. old side-by-side to tell for sure, but it does look more gold IMO. It's not Notre Dame gold or anything, but I think they look good.
I was hoping it would be the gold from the throwbacks. The pants look only slightly darker then the gold awful yellow pants we had last year. I was hoping for better...
